Where Smart Meters (ability for us to top up remotely by phone, online or app), we can apply a credit of up to £25 per utility, to assist those who are unable to afford to top up at that time or who maybe choosing to go without power in order to have funds for other bills.


We will require log in details for the user’s account as well as their permission to access the account and make a payment. These log in details will not be retained by us.

Regrettably, we cannot assist with 'pre-payment meters' which rely on the user having a key or card and access to a Paypoint or Payzone retailer.
