SUPPORT REQUEST FORM

The Veterans Charity provides support to Veterans of the UK Armed Forces. The recipient of our support must be a Veteran who has completed a minimum of 6 months service (exceptions made for those who served with WRAC.) 

Verification of service is required in order to obtain support. 

Please be sure to complete the form in full, providing all personal and contact details, service background and give as much information as possible about the support being requested and why it is needed.

Please complete all sections and provide as much information as possible. Once your form has been submitted and received, it will be reviewed by a member of the team.

All information is treated in the strictest confidence.

We are a small team and at busy times, there may be a delay in reviewing your form. Thank you for your patience. We cannot guarantee that support will be provided in all cases, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
