The Veterans Depot is the first and only dedicated Armed Forces Community space in North Devon.
Built by volunteers with funding from B&Q, Devon & Cornwall Police (POC Community Fund) and The National Lottery Community Fund, The Veterans Depot is located at our office premises in the heart of Barnstaple (EX31 2AS).
The Veterans Depot is North Devon's first and only dedicated space for Veterans and members of the wider Armed Forces Community and is a remarkable effort by a small but fabulous group of volunteers and businesses who have given incredible support to make our idea a reality.
We will be hosting regular Breakfast Clubs, Drop-In Sessions, collaborative events with other organisations, volunteering opportunities, activity groups and much more. Please be sure to follow The Veterans Depot on Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) to keep up to date with events and news!

Hiring The Veterans Depot
The Veterans Depot is an excellent space for groups and businesses to host meetings, training sessions and more. It is available for hire at very reasonable rates and has a high specification of facilities including:
Main room: 5.7m x 4.2m (max. ceiling height = 2.1m) (space for up to 28 seated at tables)
30 x cushioned seats. 6 x 6ft folding tables. WIFI. 39” Smart TV. 160cm x 160cm recessed electric projector screen. Epson EB FH52 Ceiling-mounted Projector (2 x HDMI, Bluetooth, 4000 Lumens, remote control). Roth Sub Zero III Soundbar with Bluetooth, USB, remote control. 12 x 230v sockets. 6 x USB sockets. Heating. DAB Radio.
Kitchen: 4.2m x 1.8m (max. ceiling height = 2.1m)
Tea and coffee provided. Microwave. Fridge and Freezer. Sink with hot and cold water (no food waste please!). Mugs, crockery and cutlery available.
