Household/Homeware

A safe, functional, and dignified home is the foundation for recovery and wellbeing—but many veterans find themselves without the basic items they need to live comfortably or independently.

Our Household Support programme ensures that veterans and their families are not left struggling in empty homes or without essential everyday items. We provide single and large household appliances, such as cookers, fridges, and washing machines, as well as smaller essentials like kitchenware, cookware, kettles, toasters, bedding, and towels.

This practical support goes far beyond material needs. For those who have faced hardship, trauma, or sudden transition, having a properly equipped home can be the first step toward stability, self-reliance, and renewed confidence.

We act quickly to provide what’s needed, tailoring our support to each unique situation. Whether someone is moving into a new tenancy after homelessness or simply rebuilding after a crisis, we ensure they’re not starting from scratch.

Through our Household Support, we help turn houses into homes, giving veterans the tools to cook meals, stay warm, care for themselves and their families, and regain a sense of normality. It’s practical, meaningful help that makes a powerful difference—every day.
