THOUSANDS RAISED AT FIRST EVER VC BALL

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our first ever VC Ball on Friday 22nd November at The Bristol Pavilion at Gloucester County Cricket Ground.

We were delighted to see so many people there supporting The Veterans Charity including staff from our sponsors, Jacobs Engineering and Fraser Nash. We were also joined by serving military personnel, many Veterans and also participants of Run To Pegasus and The Forces March.

The entertainment was provided by Blitz-time Sally as well as a disco and we were especially proud to be joined by Johnny Mercer MP who gave a very entertaining and passionate speech about his transition from an Officer in the British Army to a Member of Parliament and the importance of supporting our Veterans through organisations like The Veterans Charity.

It was also good to see colleagues from other organisations joining us including The Royal British Legion and All Call Signs.

Mentions and huge thanks to:

Ian Parsons - Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator for The Veterans Charity - Bristol

Mr Johnny Mercer MP - former 29 Cdo RA Officer

Cover With Love - incredible venue dressing, photography and a fun-packed photo booth

Jacobs Engineering - very kind sponsors

Fraser Nash - very kind sponsors

Everyone who so kindly donated auction and raffle prizes

In total, more than £4500 was raised for The Veterans Charity and a wonderful night was enjoyed by all!
