PTSD Resolution is a charity (No. 1133188) that helps Veterans, Reservists and families who are struggling to reintegrate into a normal work & family life because of military trauma suffered during service in the armed forces. The programme is community-based, with treatment and support provided locally.

 

Through a nationwide network of 200 accredited therapists, PTSD Resolution provides treatment to enable Veterans and Reservists to resolve the mental health problems associated with military trauma that obstruct a normal range of family and work relationships.

www.veteransinaction.org.uk - Veterans In Action help veterans who have suffered the effects of war or who have found the transition to civilian life difficult by helping them to rebuild their confidence, self-esteem and self belief on adventuroue event and expedition.

www.combatstress.org.uk - At Combat Stress we treat Veterans suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Depression and Anxiety.

www.mind.org.uk - We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

www.bigwhitewall.com - A safe online community of people who are anxious, down or not coping who support and help each other by sharing what’s troubling them, guided by trained professionals.

www.samaritans.org - Available 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts.
