This superb museum was opened in 2000 by HRH Prince of Wales and now houses the original Pegasus Bridge as well as a fabulous replica of Glider no.1 and many items donated from veterans and relatives of the Coup de Main operation of 1944. A visit to the museum is a must for anyone travelling to Normandy.
The museum is also home to The Veterans Charity Memorial which was created and unveiled by us on the 65th anniversary of D-Day in 2009.
